Children's Ministries is looking forward to an adventurous summer filled with joyous and memorable experiences. Each summer, Children's Ministries offers a summer camp program for children birth through five years of age. You can hear the camper's laughter and footsteps five weeks out of the summer, Monday through Thursdays, and from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
Campers encounter the love of Jesus as they explore the weekly theme. Daily activities include arts & crafts, music, snack, movement, story time, moonwalk, outdoor activities and devotionals. Each camper also receives a "Rise & Shine" t-shirt with our camp logo on the first day of camp. Rise & Shine's goal is for every child to experience a loving, safe, interactive, and fun ministry of the church.
We invite all children to come and enjoy this amazing summer program!
For summer 2010, Children's Ministries will be hosting five weeks of exciting activities surrounding the following themes:
June 7-11: "Summer Fun"
June 14-17: "Space Jam"
June 21-24: "Party in the USA"
July 12-15: "Safari Trek"
July 19-22: "Treasure Island"

Weekdays Within the Ark
Weekdays Within the Ark is a quality Christian program for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers that is available to Northside members and to our community. Drop-in care by reservation only is available.
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-12:45pm.
Parents must complete a registration form for each child, have a current Certificate of Immunization for the State of Georgia, and submit an annual registration fee of $40 for the first child, $15 for each sibling.

Zone Lingo
Parents, we've changed some of our programs around Children's Ministries, and we hope you will get to know our new lingo.
Nurseries for children birth to 2 years old where they can experience the care and love of God from paid Children’s Ministries Caregivers.
A great opportunity for preschoolers and PreK children to discover that “Jesus loves me” during the 8:30am and 11:00am services on Sunday mornings. (Formerly known as Splendid Session)
A special time for 4th and 5th graders to reach “high” to make an impact for God as they serve, worship, and get to know one another. (Formerly known as Crew)
Three year olds to 5th graders, we want to impact your child’s life for Christ through small class discussions, engaging activities, and worship during the 9:50am service. (Formerly known as Sunday School)
Kindergartners to 5th graders zone into the power the Holy Spirit in your life through large group worship and mixed age small groups, missions, and fellowship during the 11:00am service on Sunday mornings. (Formerly known as 3D Power Zone)
Room 28 is a safe place for your elementary child to wait for you to pick him/her up after Impact Zone if you have not arrived by 10:55. This keeps your child safe and allows our Impact Zone Leaders to attend the 11:00am worship service or a Sunday School class in a timely fashion.

Parents, you can make an incredible impact on your child’s faith journey by partnering with us on Sunday mornings during the 9:50am service. No special training is needed, just a willingness to serve as part of a team. (Formerly known as Sunday School teachers)
