Welcome to the staff portal! From here, you can log in to your Northside email, fill out Event forms, and find request forms for any of our support ministries by using the Helpful Links section at the bottom.

We are excited to help make your ministry a success! As you plan events, classes, or gatherings of any kind, filling our Event Requests form will ensure that the congregation is informed and your space is set up and ready.

Please note this form applies for church staff as well as outside groups. For general inquiries from outside groups desiring to use our building, please email Facilities@NorthsideUMC.org.

Before you fill out the form, please 1) use your ACS app or Access ACS to verify that your desired space is available AND 2) be prepared to upload a simple drawing of your desired room set up (table, chair, podium, etc. configuration).

This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
