Core Interval

Sporting Clay Classic
Join us for the 4th annual Sporting Clay Classic, located at Burge Plantation on Thursday, November 8, 8:30AM–12:30PM. All proceeds benefit Camp Evergreen, a Christian overnight camp in the North Georgia Mountains. Cost is $300 per individual or $1,200 for a four-man team. Any gauge shotgun is welcome. Shells, warm-up clays, and sporting clay course are included with registration. You must have your own eye and ear protection.

Breath of Life Yoga
Join Laura Currie's new Breath of Life Yoga class on Wednesdays at 4:30PM. This basic class combines the physical practice of Hatha yoga and prayer. Increase your strength, balance, and flexibility while building an intentional connection with God. Drop-ins are Welcome and no registration is required. Strong Bones Yoga Workshop
Osteoporosis and Osteopenia require a different approach in yoga practice. We will learn the do’s and don’ts for your body as I teach you how to apply research-based yoga.
