Our Children’s Ministry area is called The Foundation because our volunteers and staff are committed to building a foundation of faith with our children. We believe raising a child in a church that is safe, loving, and faith filled is a gift that pays off for their whole life.
Northside offers special events throughout the school year for children! This year’s special events are: Tailgate & Tacos, Onward, Parents Night Out, Mission & Movie Night, Wonderfully Made, Fall Festival. Check out the church calendar or email children’s ministries for more information!
It is our privilege to help children experience God’s love on their level. We seek to offer biblically based, engaging, and age-appropriate programming for children aged 8 weeks old through 5th grade on Sunday mornings. The nursery is available for children aged 8 weeks through 15 months during all morning services. Sunday School for preschool-fifth grade is offered at 10:10AM. All volunteers have background checks and Safe Sanctuary training.
Children ages 3 (must be potty trained) through 5th grade can join us for faith-based activities and fun in the Fellowship Hall from 5:45 to 7:00PM on Wednesday nights. There is nursery available for children below three years of age.
Parents’ Morning Out (PMO) provides weekday morning childcare throughout the school year in a safe and learning-rich environment. It is available to both Northside congregants and the local community, and each caregiver is Safe Sanctuary trained. PMO is for children ages 8 weeks to 36 months.
PMO programming begins August 15, 2022 and is available from 8:45AM to 12:45PM Monday through Thursday.
We are proud to provide quality care by maintaining child/teacher ratios in each classroom. As a result, reservations are required, and limited spaces are available each day. Reservations can be made on the 15th of the current month for the upcoming month. You may choose no more than two days per week, due to state exemption restrictions.
Parents must complete an online registration form for each child, have a current Certificate of Immunization for the State of Georgia on file, and submit an annual registration fee of $60.
